TITLE: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CROSS BORDER MARKET COMPLEX AT RUBAVU – RWANDA

TENDER NO: PRQ20150412

TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) seeks proposals from qualified consultancy firms to provide Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of the Construction of a Cross Border Market       Complex at Rubavu – Rwanda to the benefit of the Government of Rwanda represented by The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM).

Terms of reference for this consultancy and the Request for Proposals (RFP) document can be obtained at http://www.trademarkea.com/get-involved/procurement/. All queries quoting the above Tender Title and Number should be emailed to procurement@trademarkea.com. The closing date for submissions is 23rd November 2015.

You are further advised that only applications from firms/ consortiums shall be accepted.

Interested, qualified and registered consultancy firms/ consortiums should submit their bids as detailed in the tender document. Technically qualified firms shall form a shortlist for subsequent similar assignment (Cross Border Market Complex) in TMEA’s framework contract.

TMEA cannot answer any query relating to this tender 7 days or less prior to the submission deadline.
