INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

TENDER TITLE: INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCIES TO SUPPORT COMMUNICATION, PUBLICITY AND VISIBILITY OF TMEAS PROGRAMMES IN EUROPEAN AND NORTH AMERICAN MEDIA OUTLETS

TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) wishes to pre-qualify international Public Relation firms, whose expertise can be called upon in response to the Terms of Reference for defined pieces of work.

The Terms of Reference and the application form for the framework agreement can be obtained at the TMEA website www.trademarkea.com. Any queries should be directed to procurement@trademarkea.com. The closing date for expressions is September 8th, 2014.

Interested and qualified consultancy firms/ must register and apply online ONLY on the TMEA procurement portal at the website: http://procurement.trademarkea.com and all attachments must be 5MB or less. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

TMEA cannot answer any query relating to this tender three days or less prior to the submission deadline.
