TITLE: REQUEST FOR MARKET INFORMATION FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONALISATION OF THE TRADE LOGISTICS INFORMATION PIPELINE (TLIP)
TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is a multi-donor funded, not-for-profit organisation, established in 2010 to promote regional trade and prosperity in East Africa.
TMEA is undertaking a market engagement exercise to gather information from industry experts and organisations to improve our understanding of how best to design, procure and implement the TLIP system in East Africa. The exercise is also an opportunity for TMEA to inform participants of our current thinking and progress with TLIP.
TMEA encourages participation from organisations operating in the ICT sector as software service providers who have know-how and experience in the development and implementation of systems integration platforms, ERP solutions, Enterprise Software Architecture, Data Security Systems, and systems of similar nature and complexity.
The market engagement process is a three-stage process as described below:
- TLIP Conference: Tuesday 27th of February 2018. Crowne Plaza Hotel, Nairobi, 9:30am (EAT) to 12:30pm. Video/web conference facilities will be available.
- TLIP Written Responses: w/c 5th March 2018.
- TLIP Technical Working Group and participant individual meetings: w/c 12th and 19th March 2018.
Those wishing to attend the TLIP Conference either in person or via video/web conference, should contact firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Friday 23rd of February 2018 at 11.00am (EAT) to confirm attendance and/or state their technology preference.
