UNHCR High Commissioner press conference on the occasion of his visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Egypt  is honoured to invite you to attend a press conference  to be held by UNHCR’s High Commissioner, Mr. Filippo Grandi, on the occasion of his visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Time: Thursday 20 October 2016, , starting at 18:00 – ending at 19:00

Location: Marriott Zamalek Cairo, Verdi Salon, 2nd floor of the Palace

The UN High Commissioner Filippo Grandi, will be visiting Egypt starting on Wednesday 19 to Saturday 22 October, to discuss the refugee situation in Egypt, the Middle East and North Africa.

During his visit to Cairo, Mr. Grandi will meet high-level Egyptian officials, the Secretary General of the League of Arab States, and UNHCR partners. Mr. Grandi will also have the opportunity to meet with refugees to learn more about their situation in Egypt.
